Data collected
Only the information you enter in our forms (name, contact details, message, course or service concerned). An encrypted, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address is kept temporarily to prevent abuse.

Responding to your contact, appointment or registration requests (pre-contractual steps and consent). No data is used for advertising or sold.
Retention period
Requests are kept for at most 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Rate-limiting data is erased within 48 hours.
Recipients
Only authorised team members have access. Our technical providers (hosting, database) act as processors under the GDPR.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to us. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
